Southern Coast was great, seamless process from start to finish. Extremely happy with the final results and will continue to use them on any roofing projects moving forward. I have to say the whole process with Southern Coast has been seamless to say the least. From the permit to the final inspections. I currently have Project Manager Andrew Gasiewski who is doing a magnificent job. If there is ever anything that needs to be addressed, he is right there on top of it. Makes my job a lot easier and less stressful knowing you have responsiveness like that. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to do roofs on residential or commercial properties.

Everything about using Southern Coast was great. Matt was professional and knowledgeable he answered any questions I had. Andrew was the foreman and I can't say enough. He kept me informed it was great! The work crew was professional and cleaned up every night which living in a HOA? I appreciate. Inspections were prompt and everything was smooth! Which brings me to the end of this review, Maggie, Nicole, HOA had all the proper and necessary paperwork they needed and made getting approvals a breeze.
