Technicians and Installers arrived exactly on time and did a very professional job performing Phase 1 of the Generator Installation. However it is 3 weeks since they performed the installation and I am still waiting for David, the project manager to remove a large pile of dirt left in my back yard when they installed the Propane tank. The excuse given to me is that Reliable Power Systems needs a Front Loader to remove the dirt and they only have one machine and it's been out for repair over the last 3 weeks. This is not a very good situation. They have not offered any alternative way to remove the dirt. We are not happy campers!
Today Lucas from Reliable Power System removed by old fan & replaced it with a new one . He was very professional & respectful of my home. He carried the old fan & box from the new one so I didnt have to. I would highly recommend Reliable Power System.
10/10 would recommend to everyone I know with confidence. They show up on time and get the job done in a clean and effective way. We had a NIGHTMARE experience with another "electric company" and were pretty hesitant to bring someone else in... However Reliable Power Systems did an AMAZING job and has restored our faith in electricians. Lucas DeMartin and his team went above and beyond to explain the issues we had and came up with amazing solutions. Not only do they provide an amazing service but they are also competitively priced.
