Plumbing Mart came out to my place of business supposedly fixed the toilet problem and within an HOUR the problem resumed and they charged me to come back out. Not good business and unprofessional do not recommend!

Came to appt om time. Joseph was our plumber. He wore a mask wiped his feet very condsiderate. We had a clogged kitchen sink and he fixed our sink including going on the roof to snake the line. Excellent service

Bad company. They came to my house to replace 3 simple valves. The plumber was in my apartment for not more than 40 minutes during which he made one trip back to his truck inspite of my having described the types of valves that needed to be replaced. While in my house he stopped work to take a phone call. At the end he gave me a bill for 265 of which 165 was labor. When I questioned the amount he told me he gets paid at the rate of 110 per hour which includes travel time. I was told when I booked them that the charge would be 110 per hour and the job shouldn't take more than 1 hour. I was not told about travel time. Before writing I contacted plumbing mart and spoke to a manager who defended the bill by telling me according to the timer in the truck it as idle presumably at my house for 1 hour and 4 minutes subjecting me to a 1.5 hour labor charge. That last 4 minutes was really expensive. Don't use these people.

I scheduled appointments and they said they would call if they would have an issue. They did not call or show up when I called they said they were busy and forgot to call. Now they want me to take another day off work. Who is paying me for waiting??? Never again!! Insulting at $110.00 an hour. Plus parts ??? I lost twice a days wages and no resolve. Thank Plumbers Mart for wasting my day!!!

Had plumbing mart come to my house to replace my water heater they sent technician Robert who did a wonderful job Very efficient personable cleaned up after himself would recommend plumbing mart to all my friends and family
