“When I found Ilana, I was at the end of my rope. I had tried chiropractic care, massage, injections, stretching, physical therapy, etc and my pain was only getting worse. I was having severe neck, shoulder, and upper back pain most likely from a pinched nerve in my neck and shoulder and spasms that were debilitating. I had lost hope and then I tried one appointment with her. She changed my entire world. I all of the sudden had days of baseline/tolerable pain when I was at a constant 9 or 10 before.
