Dotson (the tech that did the work) was courteous, prompt, professional and well trained/experienced. He did not hard sell us on anything but recommended the services that we needed to get the job done right. It was a little more expensive than we had hoped but he stayed on the job until almost 9:00 PM to get things done and get water turned back on in the same day.

William came to my rescue this time. Last minute call and they came within an hour!!! On time and great professional job. Old pipes need work. William noticed several items that were in danger of faltering. Will continue to use this company!

Rick was knowledgeable, experienced and eager to explain what he was doing. His first visit a few days ago convinced me to continue using Kyle plumbing. He explained why the business was sold and pricing structure modified. I’m not happy with the price of services, but I trust Kyle Plumbing. It cost me $486 to replace 2 hose bibs today. The last time I had hose bibs replaced by Kyle Plumbing, it cost about $149. ☮️? PhilR
