Gary (owner) is extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. Responsive and knows what he is doing. I have and will continue to recommend Kool Ray to friends. I would have given 5 stars except I was having issues on a weekend (Sat afternoon) and when I called I was told a tech would call me shortly... but they did not contact me until Monday. Thankfully I was able to fix the problem on my own, otherwise, it would have been a rough weekend and this review would not have been as positive :)Services: Install AC

I have been using this company for years. I couldn't believe that they didn't have more yelp reviews... so let me tell you WHY I've used them all this time! They are very reasonable AND they know what they are doing. It's tough to evaluate a business when you don't know much about what they do. Because of an old job with a utility company, I have something called a Manual J certification in AC/duct design, so I was VERY PICKY in choosing my contractor. I called MANY looking for one that was certified and could only identify a handful.
