Honestly an exceptional experience from the moment the initial call was received by Jacob in Kansas to the the battery being changed in Miami by Brad! I have a 2009 Toyota Prius and the customer service was phenomenal. Highly recommend Green Tec!

I was more than pleased with the service I received today 03/09/26 @ the Deerfield Beach, Florida, from both Spencer and Brad. They were very professional, attentive and possessed patience and tolerance. Spencer was able to provide me detail information that I needed to decide whether to install a brand new hybrid battery ?? on my 2011Toyota Prius or buy a new used car. I am grateful! Spencer and Brad are keepers and deserve to be promoted. Can't find employees like these two anymore in 2026. I am happy ??!
