The crew is well trained and communication is on going. They were friendly , patient in answering all my questions, kept the job neat as they worked through the house and the job completed in a timely manner.

Reasonably and good quality doors and windows. Con: they contract out their work and i was not happy with the install. The caulk they used pealed after 1 yr and they did not use the right screws. They used concrete screws instead of wood screws in my door ruining it and I had to bring in another contractor install brand new lock and plate to make it right. They also did not install one of my windows properly. The company support team left much to be desired. Overall, the windows and doors are decent quality and reasonably priced, but disappointed with the install
Just moved to a new house. Florida impact was great to work with from start to finish. Great pricing, nice and polite people, clean clean workers. I know the difference between good and bad because I did windows and doors in my old house. That experience was not good in any of the ways that Florida impact was great!
