My Wax specialist was good however she was not the person that I booked my appointment with, and I was very upset that I was not notified that they were gonna change specialist on me, which is not the first time this has happened and it’s inappropriate considering the part of my body that was being Wax I think that they should notify a person when they specialist that they made an appointment with that they have a relationship with is not going to be the one taking care of them. My specialist will get a five but the service was subpar.
Patricia is fabulous! She is very professional in what she does. I will only go to her at this point because i know i will be very happy each time. She is very empathetic in acknowledging if you have pain and is very gracious and caring.
