HORRIBLE! I called last week for a couples massage for my parents and I booked the appointment a week in advance. On the day of the appointment the same person I spoke to said that I had to call before the appointment (which I was not told when booking the appointment) and that we were supposed to come yesterday. Mind you I specifically said Thursday, December 10th. As I was still speaking to the man on the phone, he literally walked away from the phone. This is very unprofessional and terrible communication. I'm so disappointed because I was really trying to do business with him so I don't appreciate it. I will never try to book an appointment here again! EVER!

Great service. Clean and amazing massage. Very relaxing and calming environment. Easy to make an appointment and available with my schedule. Even though we were just visiting the area a great place to go!

I went to get a massage today and they were able to get me right in. A couple came in after me and said they were told they didn't need an apt and they told them they couldn't help them and were very rude to them and then the employees were arguing between each other and the couple awkwardly walked out. Then the massage table has the tiniest little sheet that barely covered me. I paid for a 60 min full body massage and they only massaged the back of me. Then she just said ok and left.
