We loved our stay! Being right on the beach was incredible, we enjoyed the ocean daily and relaxing with the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the hotel. I had such a great time! The sunrise views from our ocean view room were amazing ? definitely get an ocean view. We had fun popping out onto the small balcony and having the door open for hearing the ocean waves.
Dr. Frank Sabatino has a wealth of knowledge, and it was amazing to hear his insights on health, fitness, and stress relief, all based on a whole plant-exclusive diet.
