I took my baby in , 2500 up front . I left no call all day . I called with hesitation they said she stable , doctor would call . 2 hours later said she was fighting for her life . What !!!! $5500 treatment . I ran up there . Spoke to the doctor confused . A lot of questions that didn’t make sense . I went to signed & he came in told me she was dead . I will never forget . I looked at her on the table dead . Just laying there . They had pink iv things in her legs , but no IVs , nothing around her . Something told this wasn’t right . I think they killed her . She hated the vet . This is where she died . I will never forgive myself for bringing her there .

First off, when I came in they were really weird. I know this is a vague statement but it was. There was one man that didn’t say anything to me and then one woman that talked to me. I described what had happened (my dog got bit by a raccoon) I initially asked about a rabies vaccine and they made it seem like my dog was going to get one. Then I sat and waited for what seemed like forever and finally they gave me the bill. Which was the weirdest thing ever because here they do the work before they give you the bill because when I asked if this was all that was necessary, the lady has said my dog was ready. The bill was initially 670 dollars, 400 dollars charged for blood work I never received any records of. Then when I said is this necessary I had to pay the bill because it was already done. My dog was never even bandages either. I argued with the initial cost and they took off the cost of one of the exams but still my bill was 570 dollars for what seems like antibiotics and Tylenol. They were very unprofessional and ghetto. When I left the place I asked the lady again if my dog had received the vaccine and they said that they never did and that I had to go somewhere else for it. This is ridiculous because this is the one thing I had even asked for and needed. Don’t go to this place. Overpriced and unprofessional.

They talked mumbo jumbo saying the cat needed additional testing, x-rays ran the bill to $4700 no compassion at all horrible bed side manners ,cold hearted robots playing on your love for your child (cat)

I can say this is the worst animal hospital ever. They just use any excuse to try to make you believe that you need to do a lot of tests. The doctor has zero knowledge. He uses the worst scenario ever just for you to get nervous and agree to all the recommendations he is telling you. The only good in that clinic it’s the person in the Main desk at lest the day I was there. She was very clear and patient, and she was the person that really helped. Don’t go to this place please.

Great team the women in front were so caring and helpful. They really care about your animals like family here. They are open 24/7 thank goodness for their location in Deerfield they saved my cat rumpelstilskin. They were helpful in explaining everything also reasonable with pricing. I would not take my animals anywhere else the vet is a stressful place for animals and they get the animal comfortable as well as listen to its customers. Thank you

I took my cat about a week ago because he was vomiting and after the exam and a bunch of test, they found he swallowed a string, my kitty had to spend time in the hospital after surgery and is now home doing great, thank you for helping my baby!

The treatment from the staff here is appalling, they should be ashamed at the unprofessionalism that comes from the manager. I have never seen such price gauging and was told this is all my fault. if the manager is sending this kind of message, the staff there is seeing that it is acceptable to over charge and treat people with disrespect. I will never take another animal to this place.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at the emergency veterinary clinic. From the moment we arrived, especially the attention of Shantell and all the staff was incredibly professional, compassionate, and quick to act. My pet, Copita, was in a very delicate condition, and thanks to the prompt intervention of the medical team, she is now stable and recovering.
The veterinarians explained every step of the treatment clearly, offered realistic options, and never made me feel pressured. It’s clear that they truly love what they do and treat every patient as if they were their own.
The facility is spotless, the medical equipment is modern and complete, and most importantly: there is a genuine commitment to the life and well-being of animals.
I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of emergency veterinary care. They don’t just save lives—they also offer comfort and hope in the most stressful moments. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

My Chihuahua Torito was having bloody diarrhea and vomiting. Found out he had intestinal parasite. They gave him meds and is now dong well. Thank you guys.

They save my dogs life! He came in with vomiting and diarrhea and after doing bloodwork and x-rays they had found my dog was obstructed, they went over the procedure and after surgery and hospitalization he recovered and was home after 4 days. They saved my best friend, thank you to the dedicated staff and doctor I will always be greatful for what your team did!
