This company violates OSHA regulations they do not tie off or wear harnesses on my roof. They also accessed my laundry room to plug in there electric equipment without permission. I called OSHA once and now I'm going to call them again. They're currently roofing my villa in Sarasota.

ABC did a magnificent job with the installation. Nick, the project manager was always on site to ensure the quality of the workmanship ,and kept me informed as the job progressed. They took precautions to protect the exterior of the property. Tom Chlupka explained in detail, all the materials, that were to be used, and returned my calls immediately whenever I had questions. What a pleasure it was, dealing with the the, respectful, polite, meticulous professionals of ABC Contractors. Needless to say , I love my new roof.

We can't be any more happier with how this all went. From working with Tom in the beginning to the final install. We appreciated all the follow up calls and how the crew did a great install. The crew put down protection over the driveway and pool in addition to our walls, windows, and a/c units. I would rate you 5 Stars and an A+! I own a roofing company in the Midwest so I am familiar with roofing and what to expect. In Florida it is important to go with a reputable company as there are strict codes to follow along with pulling the required permit and city inspections.Service: Roof installation

I worked with Marian Borz and he was very helpful and did a great job in my roof repairs. Throughout the survey and installation they shared pictures and explained exactly what was needed. This company is the biggest scam out there. They make you prepay for an hour worth of work. What you are paying for is an estimate that any other company does for free. Their estimate for repairs was double of any other company. DO NOT USE!

To whom it may concern,Worst Experience ever...Avoid This Company. Once you sign a contract don't expect anything from this company. The sales rep that pushes you to sign the contract is not involved in the build and won’t remember anything discussed. The Management is too busy to care so make sure you get everything written into the contract with the price next to it, because they will come back and change it.My experience front the beginning has been a nightmare and when I try to get help, I am told there is nothing they can do and it is not their problem. My Sales rep lied to me and the Project management team are nowhere to be found throughout the 6 months it took (I was told 4 months max).I was quoted $35,000, once my job was completed I was told there would be an additional $4000 in fees for lumber and additional "labor" on items that were already in the work order. Once I pushed back they Credited $1200 (for 12 2x4's) that i was not even told about nor do i know if it was done.Inside the $35,000 quote was additional services that the company did not perform and when I asked for a credit for the original quoted price, the service was not honored and i was told i could only be given a small refund. ($500 of the $2500 original)Customer support has been nonexistent with this company and I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a roofing company for repairs or new roofs should go with the better quote. ABC was by far the most expensive quote by more than $5000 more than any of the other 5 companies I had provide a quote. We only went with them because of reassurances that were given in the beginning and prior to signing the contract. I fought to have certain language in the contract and was told it could not be done. This was used against me when it came time to pay my final bill. I believe that everything I have done has been in good faith and I am not trying to ignore my obligations to paying my remaining balance. I have never written a review like this before but i feel it necessary to help the next person because I feel that I was completely mislead and was told things just to win my business.In short, this process is challenging and I can understand the production delays especially during these times. A lot of frustration could have been avoided by a simple phone call alerting me to the delays of tile delivery. Instead I was forced to call every week to try and get an update but kept being told , "it was out of their control" because of supplier, even though I went out of the way to ensure the tile I was ordering was not delayed and had the rep verify this prior to ordering.DO YOUR RESEARCH! Work with the best quote, don't spend the extra money to work with a bigger company thinking it makes a difference because at the end of the day all of these companies outsource their work to contractors and will(even though they say they don't)Service: Roof installation
