Did a great job with Jerry (technician) from Above air. Was there on time 8.30am. Did a full review of the AC system to find where was the problem. Needed a replacement. Did it on the same day using help from Above air. We had a last visit checking the filter. Everything came back as new. Great guy, knows the Carrier system and can fix it. Thanks Above Air. From the initial phone contact, customer service seemed to be a very high priority. My tech, Jerry, was knowledgeable, personable, and described each step and what he was taking to troubleshoot my a/c issue. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend Above Air.
