I went in to fix an issue with my Meta glasses lenses and had a very wonderful experience.Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It’s great to see that solid customer service still exists these days. I would highly recommend and will be going back there for my future eyewear.

I had an outstanding experience at 20/20 Optical. Dr. Brianna Herring was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my eye exam.

A special thank you to Isadora for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. She was incredibly attentive and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
