When I first called, I got an immediate response from a knowledgeable and friendly representative. Wait time was not too bad, considering my location. The tech (Eric) was friendly, knowledgeable, polite, took away all of my concerns, and answered all of my unrelated questions. He went above and beyond. Price is reasonable, considering the drive time and one hour worth of work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I been using West pest control for 4 years for termite protection and they've done a great job they also give me good advice when they come out and other insect problems thank you West pest
