PURCOR Pest Solutions is a fast-growing pest control company that brings together some of the most trusted names in the nation. Their pest professionals offer better protection and service, serving communities across California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The company's locally managed teams extend their reach throughout the region, leading the evolution of pest control.
Customers praise the polite, respectful, and kind technicians, who are quick, thorough, and attentive to their needs. They target areas of concern and wear booties to protect the home. While the office could improve communication on appointment times, the technicians receive overwhelmingly positive reviews for their wonderful service and attention to detail. PURCOR is also commended for their responsiveness and willingness to make extra visits when needed. Customers also appreciate the affordable prices and the commitment to customer satisfaction, with some noting that technicians come back at no charge if issues persist. The staff’s professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile make the experience even better. One customer highlighted a technician named Jay, who listens, educates, and successfully solves pest problems on the first visit, keeping their home bug-free for years.
A+++ There have some changes at this company since it was acquired, but I am VERY happy with our pest control professional Karyna. She is very detail orientated and also does a great job from a customer service perspective. We have not had any issues and have also been supported for audits. A+++
This is a great and fair company. They have been servicing our landscape and home for almost 6 years. They always arrive as scheduled and never leave a mess. Our lawn is looking better even with the dry and hot weather. If anyone is wanting yard care and pest control this is your company.
Actually, all the above. Professional, on time, good quality, responsive, and good value. We really like Jake. He is a very nice person. He makes sure all is well and he is very polite.
