Strada services is the best. They are great about communicating with the customer and coming to your home st a reasonable time. And the technicians Jason and Jamie are wonderful got the problem solved. Very friendly and I give them 10 thumbs up for a amazing job. If I ever need anything I will call them.
This company is a subcontractor for KHOV. I have had several work orders regarding electrical/AC issues and this company has handled those issues very well and professionally! In particular the common service tech that has come out to our home multiple times to repair issues named Edwin is exceptional!
Need a new AC unit. Appt scheduled, he showed up. Everything good. Received estimate and was going to go with them until I saw that they charge a 3% fee if you use a credit card. I’m sorry, but you are selling high ticketed items and you can write that off on your taxes. I, as a consumer cannot. That is considered the cost of doing business. I can understand a convenient store selling a candy bar and someone using a card , but not an AC company. Nothing against the people I dealt with, they were great. But obviously, owners do not know how to run a business.
