Dallas is AWESOME, and not just the Cowboys! I ran into an issue with a missing harness for a DSP setup that I purchased from a third party. I can't say enough good thing about Metra Electronics tech support. Have a CCTV system going on 8 yrs, have had issues 2-3 times and each time Luis from tech support has rescued us.
