Mark Plotski and Bruce Dorph went above and beyond in their service of my Cadillac today. I brought it in with a broken temperature gauge and they had the part on site and fixed it immediately and rotated my tires and changed the oil. They were beyond fair and provided five star service. I would recommend Ritchey Cadillac to anyone if you’re looking for honesty and integrity and great service.

Jason was an amazing person to work with. He made my out of state purchase easy. He worked with me when it came to the shipping and all for the vehicle due to a deadline that I had. I would really recommend him to anyone! I appreciate all the hard work he and Mrs. Joanne delivered!!

I recently traded vehicles at Ritchie’s. Jeff was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the car I was trading for. I didn’t have to go back and forth about price. He gave me a very fair deal right up front. While we were taking care of the paperwork, I was having a problem logging into my Buick account and Paula Meck jumped in and fixed it with no problem. She is an asset to this company. I always get my car serviced at this dealership, and it is the main reason I bought my new car here. The service department is excellent.
