Super convenient to the airport and other places in Daytona. Rooms are good and the AC works well which is important for quality sleep in the Florida heat. The real star of this place is Beth who ran a full lobby of breakfast customers by herself. She was excellent and her attitude was wonderful in spite of the breakfast rush. She took the time to engage each of my kids and make them smile. Truly a model for what customer service looks like.
I've stayed here before and I had a great time rm was nice it had whirlpool bath was great and great price. But tonight was horrible the gentleman I had to deal with the check in was so rude I didn't understand what he was talking about. I was a late check in and j mean late but I had no problem paying for the extra day. He kept going check in is 3pm I go I know I'm a little late and I laughed. He then said he couldn't even find me I said let me get my phone and he's still going check in is at 3pm I go oh I get it yeah but I paid for Friday thru Monday. Second time staying at this location. Rooms are very spacious and clean, even with just a standard 2 queen room. Beds are amazingly comfortable; slept very well both visits. Service is great. Conveniently located near Target, restaurants, the mall, right next to the Daytona speedway track (which is cool) and the airport, and just a quick drive to the beach (4 miles). Also close to the interstate (95 and 4) to go other places. Pool is very nice as well. Really enjoyed this hotel for a less expensive option bringing family to beach on vacation.
