Clean, beautiful and brilliant - these are the words that define this hotel. This is one of the greatest hotels in the area, with super kind staff that help you at all times. The rooms are spacious, which makes it very good for families. Moreover, the hotel is located very close to the NASCAR circuit and Embry Riddle, which it makes it have an excellent location.
Amazing hotel in Daytona Beach!! The location is great as it is right nect to DAB airport and the Daytona Speedway! Staff are really friendly and kind always ready to help! Rooms are just right and very clean, every Hilton Garden Inn should follow this example. And also a shoutout to Janice for giving us an Embry Riddle Student discount, as customers it made us feel very valued and welcome at the hotel! :)
Nice but no free breakfast.
Housekeeping is supposed to come every other day.
We checked in Tuesday and were not serviced until Thursday.
Ran out of toilet tissue, wash cloths and towels.
Had to go downstairs a lot just to ask for stuff.
Took out our own trash, which truly I don't mind, but many others may not appreciate that.
I saw the same lady cleaning the whole time. She asked me to let her know if I needed anything.
She was doing her best and seems like she needing help managing everything.
Hire more help Hilton!
