Nice place to stay!! We stayed for 9nights and had a pretty nice time!! There was not many people staying so there was not mutch staff around. Even though we requested our room cleaned every other day. They only came 2 times during those 9days. Dont know if this is normal since we did not get much info when we checked inn. Vivian/Vivien by the Splash pool was AWESOME!! She made our stay!! Very sad she only worked thursday - sunday since they closed down the pool bar (Splash) monday - wednesday 😓 this bcz of low staff..probably not many staying there during weekdays. The room was nice! The hotel is very cozy and welcoming.however there are several additional charges that can make the stay feel unnecessarily expensive. Guests are charged $42 per vehicle per night for valet parking which is mandatory and even beach chairs and umbrella. It sometimes feels like there is an extra charge for almost everything. Unfortunately my experience with the restaurant manager was particularly disappointing. Me and my boyfriend stayed one night for our anniversary and had an amazing time. We were impressed with the staff and how clean the hotel was. We hung out by the pool got dinner at the restaurant they had and even went to the arcade they had. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
