Great first experience at Hard Rock. Property is well done and maintained well. Rock Royalty suite was excellent, Great view of ocean and event space, but still very quiet for sleeping. Pool area was great, and Splash Bar staff Caitlin and Vivian were both just excellent...friendly, engaging and excellent bartenders. Front desk and valet staff were on-point, including Andy. Sessions was good for on-property bar and restaurant. Leary as host, Kat and friends at the bar, and server Kris (with a K!). Only challenge was Saturday night with the male bartenders who seemed to be overwhelmed with a modest crowd and made no attempt to connect or engage, very mid drinks....read full review
Fantastic host hotel for the annual Jeep Beach celebration. Great location with wonderful and friendly staff. Third year in a row staying here and the staff and hotel accommodations did not let us down. Will be there once again for Jeep Beach 2027!
Tator was absolutely amazing from the moment we checked in she was so accommodating,sweet,caring. Her great personality the process easy and enjoyable. Thanks to her we had a magnificent time- I'm so greatful how welcomed we felt. I would highly recommend. We will be back
