Century Clinical Family Medicine, LLC is a vastly improved clinic where the front desk is amazing, super nice, and fast. The staff is professional and very caring, making patients feel welcomed. The doctors are great and dedicated, explaining diagnoses and sharing realistic treatments. They provide quality time for patients and are not in a rush. Patients report being very happy with the care for their well-being.
I was scheduled here for a medical exam for disability. I read the reviews prior to my appt and I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't hesitant about this place. When I arrived for my appt the receptionist greeted me warmly and got me started off with some paperwork. I waited in the lobby for a total of 22 minutes before I was brought in the back. (Atleast 19 minutes were spent on me doing paperwork) I was taken in the exam room and my vitals were done. That's where things went a little downhill for me, my readings were more than they should have been so the nurse called for the doctor. I have been a patient here for sometime and they have consistently disrespected my time. I have been forced to wait a minimum of 50 minutes every single time I have visited even though I have had an appointment each and every time.
Awful, horrific! From front desk to uncaring doctors. These people are only in it to bill your insurance. Dont waste your time. Look at other Google reviews. They are and this is true. Incompetence meets money grubbing, time consuming for a waste of your time. Good luck. God bless you and just dont waster time here.
