So I have been with VA medical for many years and to be honest I have dealt with many and I have had 2 bad experiences. One 2as at an outpatient clinic in California with a Lab Tech she was very aggressive and rough when taking care of us Vets...she lost her position due to her actions. My 2nd bad experience was at the VA Clinic back in 2017 with a PCP Doc...but I went to the Patient Advocate and not even 30 minutes after I left her office I was called to be informed I had a New PCP and that I needed to call to make an Appt with her....so all in all I honestly can not say anything negative about the care I have received....thank you to all that works at a VA facility.
This is a Beautiful New Building and the staff is very helpful and kind my Husband is a Vietnam Veteran and he deserves the best of care our Country can give him and all our Veterans
