Aza Health is a reputable clinic that accepts Medicaid insurance in a large metropolitan area. The doctors are described as wonderful, caring, and skilled, although the staff may be stretched thin at times. The clinic has a new doctor, Dr. Iris Rodriguez, who is praised for being very nice, thorough, and informative. The front desk staff and pharmacy are also noted as welcoming and helpful. While the clinic can be difficult to contact, the staff is generally friendly and the nurse practitioner is courteous.
What is the deal with all the doctors offices not allowing people to have their water bottles in the waiting rooms or rooms. I am diabetic and have a very severe thirst and need water at all times. This is very difficult for me. Sometimes you have to wait for hours with out anything to drink.
Very nice and kind. Easy to understand they explain everything well. The patient move along quickly enough. They also have a pharmacy at this location. Everyone here is younger and very professional no bad manors or attitudes.
I hope the government can continue to help them as they are government funded so others can get the help they need.
From the front desk to the medical team and lab tech, it was an absolute pleasure to be in the office. Everyone was very kind and down to earth. I felt very comfortable and cared for.
