“I can't recommend these kind-hearted people enough! I came in yesterday with my daughter's Syrian hamster who unfortunately had a large tumor growing on his chest. The doctor and his nurse treated me and our little furball with all the dignity, compassion and respect that any family dog or cat would deserve. They saw me the same day, were very transparent about expectations, and extremely kind to me during a tough moment. It would have been easy to be flippant with such a tiny creature but they treated my grief with the same reverence as the loss of any family member. The hardest part of having a pet is when their little lives come to an end. We all want to make sure that we give them humane and dignified end-of-life care and minimize any needless suffering. The team here allowed me to leave with my conscience and my heart clear knowing that I did the best I could by our little Jimmy ♥️ ? RIP little guy

I've been taking my dog to Doctor Osti for 11years without a problem. Some people don't realize that when surgery is scheduled that surgery has to be completely sterile. You can't be running around talking to people and maintain that environment. Office appointments and surgery are two different things!“
