I've setup a maintenance contract with them but it seems I always need to remind them of the existence of it. Additionally they now cancelled my appointment twice because something came in between.
The office manager, Jolene Hogan, was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and went out of her way to solve my problem. I think she needs and deserves a raise. The tech, Jason O'Hara, was excellent in every way, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and got my problem solved, I think he needs a raise also.
My technician was excellent. He was friendly,knowledgeable, and proficient at all tasks.I would highly recommend this company for all HVAC needs.Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
