From the moment I walked into Dr. Kazdan’s office in Weston, I felt truly welcomed like family. As a new patient, that first impression means everything, and they exceeded my expectations.
I want to give a special shoutout to Alicia, Mary, and Lisette. They were incredibly kind, respectful, and caring throughout the entire process. They not only made me feel comfortable, but also took the time to help me through the application process and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism.

I would like to share my experience after more than five visits to this office. Overall, the staff are good, but the assistants do not seem professional. After having blood tests, I was left with a bruise over five inches in diameter, which clearly indicates that an incorrect vein was used (this had never happened to me before). The staff do not wear medical coats or, sometimes, even gloves (except for the doctor). Additionally, when doing an ECG, the assistant asked me to remove my T-shirt and lie on the medical bed without any covering, which is very unhygienic and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this office and would not recommend it to anyone.

Went to this office to have my yearly physical, which is covered completely by my insurance. As part of this they usually do labs, which is also covered. They then sent me a bill for an office visit for giving me my lab results, which were normal and lasted less than 5 minutes. Mind you I asked if I could just be called if anything was wrong, or if it could be done over the phone. They said the only way to get my results was to come in and then charge me for the visit. The staff itself was decent, but I don't like a practice where they utilize sketchy ways to try to get more money from patients.
