This place is awesome and Daniel H is amazing. This business had a booth at the Health and Wellness fair we had at work and I’m very glad they did. I learned that I am stronger and fitter than I thought I was, which was tremendous. Unfortunately it is out of my price range but would be worth every penny if I could afford it.

Been going to this gym for two years. My goal was to be the best I could be for myself and to be able to feel good again. I have accomplished everything I wanted and I continue to get stronger and physically much more stable and slimmer. The staff is in tune with your progress and always helping you to be better.

We love this place and the Coaches are excellent! My husband and I have been training together, twice a week for about a year and the results are amazing. We are stronger now at 60+ than we were at 40. Thank You Exercise Coach!
