I had an amazing experience preserving my wedding dress here. The customer service was outstanding—they explained every step clearly and kept me involved throughout the process, from inspection to final approval before sealing the dress.
My dress was very dirty and even missing a few buttons, and they made it look brand new. They also preserved my headpiece in the box, which I really appreciated.
I even brought in a large 8x10 Ruggable rug, and they were the only dry cleaners able to wash it properly—it came back perfect. Highly recommend!

I was just reading some of the negative posts on here and am totally flabbergasted by what i saw.
I have been using this dry cleaner for 5 years and never had an issue with them. As as master of fact, I feel quite at home there and the owner, Galina is very professional and also very friendly. The customer service has always been top notch whether it’s her or Diana or any of the other ladies there, I have always been treated very well and my clothes are always done properly.
I moved to a different area 2 years ago a few miles away and i still come back to Pinnacle.
