To anyone in need of a knowledged and fair vet, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Eileen Osti. She has repeatedly proven herself to be gracious, honest, empathetic, and with exceeding patience with nervous patient parents fearing for their pets. All of this with her welcoming demeanor so much that even one of my more reactive pets didn't have to be kept muzzled around her.
My gentler giant breed boy has been riddled with issues, likely the result of poor breeding practices. Though several vets noted he was too severe for their skill to help, Dr. Osti didn't give up on him. She gave skilled diagnosis and treatments, finally securing relief for his symptoms, and also helped in seeking the specialist he needed.
Though her actual office space is closed, she still actively continues her much needed and appreciated work treating pets. My boy was just seen in a mobile visit at the location earlier this month. If nothing else, the fact my pet is actually happy when visiting his vet speaks volumes.
To Dr. Osti, you were the lighthouse in those dark desperate times of trying to help my sweet Odin. You were also the solid ground needed when approaching the crushing time to help my beloved and beastly Casper to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you for being innately you. If you heard it everyday it wouldn't be enough.

Dr. Osti is amazing! We took our 8-year-old Weimaraner here and they were so good with her, even though she's a little crazy when around other animals and new people. They got her up to date on shots, testing, and medications with no issues at all. Dr. Osti personally responded to my voicemail just a few minutes after calling on a day when the office was closed, which is incredible and not the norm from what I've experienced with other vets!! Thank you, Dr. Osti and team!

This whole staff has your pets best interest at heart. I see these negative reviews and all I can think of is there is an attitude problem here. I've been taking my dog to Doctor Osti for 11years without a problem. Some people don't realize that when surgery is scheduled that surgery has to be completely sterile. You can't be running around talking to people and maintain that environment. Office appointments and surgery are two different things!

In my opinion she should not be practicing medicine we took our dog for an ear infection was told she looked good first you are not allowed in the exam room. Osti will not speak to you face to face she calls you on the phone from the exam room you don't know what they are doing only what they tell you our dog was fine when we went in after about 30min when they brought her out she could not walk nd was dragging her back leg we pointed this they took her in the exam room again brought her out again and said she wass just nervous and that she was pooping a lot we brought her home and after a few hours we see she is not right we took her to the hospitaland was told she is critical and bleeding internally .we had to put her to sleep now she is gone thank you Dr osti

Amazing doctor! They are so kind and thoughtful with animals and parents/owners. I drive 30 minutes to go there, even though there are places much closer by. Highly recommend. Our animals deserve the best.

The vet is a nice lady and the staff are nice, but they have taken this covid stuff to far. We are now 3 years after covid and they are still wearing masks, they only let 1 person in the waiting room at a time, though they still have 10 chairs inside. The worst part is the doctor no longer actually sees anyone in person anymore. After they take the animal the doctor will only call you. The doctor is 10 feet away, yet she can't see anyone in person. There is a minimal chance of covid at this point, even the government has said the risk is minimal. The worst part is they make people wait outside when appts overlap. No chairs or seats to sit in. They used to have a bench but no longer. Again we like the vet, she has done a decent job and is affordable, but the covid restrictions need to stop.

Very caring doctor and staff. Dr Osti has saved the lives of several of my cats and I am forever grateful. It’s worth the 14 mile drive to know my animals are in such capable hands!
