We had several quotes from other Roofers and chose Paletz. They were not the cheapest, but we were not looking for cheap. We wanted honest, reliable and professional. They checked all the boxes ??
From start to finish the Paletz team was great to work with on my roof. The metal roof process takes longer than a normal roof, and the team kept me sane during the entire process. Each and every day they made sure my property was clean and free of nails, screws, and trash before they left for the day. The team took their time and made sure that all of the cuts, edges, vents, and each detail were done and done right. All inspections passed on the first attempt with no issues. I enjoyed using their preferred vendors for screen enclosure disconnect, new gutter systems, and especially the recommended painting crew. Paletz roofing was very helpful in filling out the necessary forms.Cesare was in charge of scheduling and kept us informed with the progress. Chris was in charge of the crews, they were very efficient in their work. Chris also kept us informed on the condition of the roof and the necessary repairs. Constant photos of the progress. At the end of the day the roof was dried in and waiting for inspection. I am very satisfied with the progress so far.
