We had several quotes from other Roofers and chose Paletz. They were not the cheapest, but we were not looking for cheap. We wanted honest, reliable and professional. They checked all the boxes ??
Rich Singh from Paletz Roofing was excellent! He came out to the property, clearly explained the different roofing quotes, and took the time to walk me through all the details. He even advised me to carefully review the terms before making a decision, which I really appreciated. Throughout the entire roof replacement and permitting process, Rich was always available to answer my questions and made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Rich and Paletz Roofing for their professionalism and great service!
One small thing I appreciated was how they respected my property. They moved lawn furniture carefully, covered my flower beds, and didn’t leave junk behind. That kind of thoughtfulness makes a difference, especially when you’re nervous about damage during a big project.
