I had been using another Enrolled Agent for several years, however, this year the rates were increased significantly. I was referred to Esther Hastings, Enrolled Agent, E-File Florida by a friend. She was a true professional and explained her services and processes. After submitting some preliminary information, she was able to quote me a price. It was more in line with what I had been previously paying prior to the increase. In addition, instead of waiting until the last minute or filing an extension it was competed promptly. I have already received my refund from the IRS!

E-File Florida, particularly Esther Hastings has been my tax preparer for over 15 years. She and her team are very responsive and professional. During the tax return preparation phase, Esther looks at every possible perspective to ensure that we have taken advantage of all applicable tax savings. No stone is left unturned. Additionally, I feel like a valued client which is so important. And even though I have moved to a city eight hours away, Esther and E-File Florida is the only firm that I would consider to prepare and file my tax return.
Esther is the most competent professional and is devoted to tax preparation and her clients as well. She goes beyond reporting numbers and gives thorough and easily understood explanations and detailed answers to any questions you may have. I have been a long time client because I have never experienced such personal and professional interest in helping another person.
