I have been visiting Davie Family Dental for a few years. I have always found the staff to be very attentive. The main dentist recently retired but that did not really concern me as my hygienist is who I spend most of my time with one of the replacement dentists seemed competent when I met her. During this visit I learned that my hygienist had left and they replaced her with a new hygienist. Although they sent a text message two months prior, it was rather vague. That being said, the new hygienist was capable. The problem was a language barrier. English was not her first language and communicating with her was difficult. There were multiple misunderstandings etc. While I was on the fence if I was going to return to this hygienist a couple of things quickly changed that. She did not floss after polishing, something every other hygienist has done, which I requested and she did not do. When I requested GUM soft picks, she quickly said they did not have them. I found this odd. Lastly, she immediately stated that I should see another hygienist since I was not comfortable with her. While she was gentle etc, these three interactions sealed the deal. Hopefully DFD will get the message that patients require continuity of care if even staff changes.

I had such a wonderful experience at Davie Family Dental. Dr. Moore was absolutely amazing with my son during his extraction. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process, which really helped keep him calm and comfortable. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes the time to make them feel at ease.
Dallys was also an incredible assistant — kind, attentive, and very professional. The entire office has such a high-class, welcoming atmosphere, and everyone we encountered was friendly and caring.
I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their patients!

2/26 I was sad to learn that Dr. Friedman retired, however, I decided to stay and trust one of the other dentists. I am so blessed to have met Dr. Moore! She is an amazing, caring, gentle and brilliant dentist. I had no dental anxiety and my procedure was so easy. Both Dr.Moore and her assistant made my visit a pleasurable one. I look forward to a long relationship with Davie Dental and I recommend them to everyone!!
My dentist recently passed away and I have been looking for a new dentist. I found the ONE. Dr. Craig Friedman and his staff are amazing. I had a wonderful first visit experience. From the front desk, to the dental tech., Dr. Friedman and the check out process it was so professional and easy. I felt so at ease with Dr. Friedman, he was extremely thorough for my first visit, I had no anxiety and I knew I was in the right place!! Thank you Davie Family Dental.

What a wonderful surprise! Dr. Moore is incredible! I recently discovered that the dentist I loved retired and I needed to stay with someone new. I was SO disappointed until I got to meet Dr. Moore. I've never had a dentist take more time, be thorough or be more soothing and reassuring. I'm a psychologist, and I work with patients frequently who fear the dentist. I'll be sending everyone her way to get true caring, truly competent dentistry!
