Truly can’t say enough great things about this family-owned and operated company. We’ve had the privilege of working with All City Septic for years, and they have always treated us like family. No matter the situation, they’ve consistently gone above and beyond and have come to our rescue more than once.
What stands out most is not just the quality of their work, but the quality of the people behind it. They genuinely care, take pride in what they do, and always make sure their customers are taken care of. I highly recommend All City Septic. We used them 2 years ago and because we needed another pump out they responded and came out quickly after a holiday weekend. Breon was amazing even with our lid breaking off and went into our septic tank. He immediately let me know what was happening as soon as it happened as well as his boss. For many hours he tried getting the lid out of the tank and wasn’t successful. I called the main person of contact and told him that Breon may need some help. There were no other workers where I live which is in Port St Lucie which I totally get. As restaurant owner pumping grease trap is a must. All City Septic always answers the call and very responsive. I had an issue with Utility Department in City of Plantation, Ramiro from All City Septic took time out to resolve the issues in timely manner. I must say 35 years in restaurant business,,, All City Septic is the best that I’ve dealt with. Thank you guys for Awesome service. Thank you. PRIME K BBQ.
