I recently became a patient here at affordable health pain management. There’s too many words to express my depth of gratefulness, gratitude And thankfulness all due to this medical practice! From the initial phone call of making an appointment the treatment just on the phone was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced as far as kindness and compassion. Laura, the office manager goes above and beyond. I truly believe this practice is God sent. Many reading this have probably been through my experience in today’s cruel/ Stigmatized world of postoperative spinal cord surgery treatment needing relief from pain. I’ve been seeing Dr. Scheim for a few years now, and it’s been nothing but a positive experience. She truly cares about her patients and always does her best to address each individual’s needs. The office is run by Lora, the Office Manager, and Shecoya, the front desk Mgr —both of whom are professional, friendly, and compassionate. They genuinely empathize with your situation and will do everything they can to help.
I have been visiting this office for quite some time now and it’s been nothing but a great experience. Although the pain isn’t great the staff here is accommodating and welcoming. Front desk Shaquoya is very helpful answers the phone and does what she can do provide help. Laura is also a great office manager. She does her thing with the decor in the office. I highly recommend!
