Nikki is a miracle worker. This is not a typical massage, this is more of a therapy session. I could not recommend her enough to anyone that has muscle pain or soreness. In addition to the work she does when you visit, she provided me extra exercises to continue outside to help with my pain.

I never leave reviews but I was pleasantly shocked with this outcome. I came in with persistent headaches and after multiple scans and testing nothing was able to help me. I found Nikki and she was a magician she automatically knew which muscles and points hurt me and why they were hurting and from her intake eval. I instantly felt relief. She really knows everything she's talking about and explains in great depth so you're not walking out confused. Besides her fixing my sharp pain migraines and stiff neck/shoulders she's such a positive and sweet individual who made me feel so comfortable. I highly highly recommend!!!

If you're looking for a light, foo-foo, spa-style massage that really does nothing for you in the long run, this is not the place for you. Nikki takes the time to assess your specific issues and addresses them from every angle. She truly understands the body and has a remarkable ability to get to the root of the problem. Her empathy shines through—she genuinely cares about your well-being and is just as happy as you are when you start to feel better.
