He diagnosed it and helped buy new parts for the pc to replace the parts that needed to be replaced. He charged an extremely reasonable price as well. He’s super knowledgeable, kind, funny and just overall a cool dude. I will 100% be coming back to him if and when I have any type of pc issue that I can’t fix myself. 10/10 would recommend you anyone within an hour drive of his shop. It would be well worth the trip.“

“I took my daughter’s laptop to Jose to replace the keyboard and trackpad after she accidentally spilled a cup of juice on it. The keyboard still worked initially, but several keys became unresponsive, and whenever the laptop heated up, it would stop working altogether. She could still use the touchscreen or connect an external keyboard, but that wasn’t a practical solution since she frequently moves around the house.
This repair wasn’t a simple one either. Her laptop requires a complete disassembly to replace the keyboard and trackpad, so I wanted someone I could trust. I contacted Jose, we scheduled a time, and I dropped off the laptop. He told me it would be ready the next day.
True to his word, he called me the following day, and when I picked it up, the laptop was working perfectly, it felt like a brand-new computer. Jose took the time to explain the work he had done, and we had a great conversation as well.
One thing I really appreciated was his attention to detail and transparency. He returned both of my original parts neatly packed inside the boxes from the new replacement parts. Nothing was missing, which gave me even more confidence in the quality and integrity of his work.
