“My computer wasn't charging well. I took it to BestBuy and they told me it was a lose charging pin and that it could only be repaired by replacing the motherboard. I told Bobby what happened over the phone. He told me all he needed to do was replace a $15 part. He ordered it and I brought it to him. While I shopped for a couple of hours, he replaced the charging pin. It is now sturdy as ever and not nearly as expensive or as much of a hassle as replacing the motherboard would have been.
