Took my laptop in at 10:15 with a broken screen and an issue with the hard drive. He happened to have a screen for my laptop in stock. Got it back about 2 hours later all good to go for a reasonable price. Very friendly and highly recommend.

EDIT BOBBY not (more user error LOL) Dan was the best!!! Best Buy was going to charge well over $100 and take a few weeks to complete what BOBBY fixed in a matter of minutes. Will 100% take every computer to them when I need help again!

Dan was the best!!! Best Buy was going to charge over $100 and take a few weeks to complete what Dan fixed in a matter of minutes. The problem was total user error and he didn't make me feel like an idiot at all was totally cool about everything. Will 100% take every computer to them when I need help again!
