My computer wasn't charging well. I took it to BestBuy and they told me it was a lose charging pin and that it could only be repaired by replacing the motherboard. I told Bobby what happened over the phone. He told me all he needed to do was replace a $15 part. He ordered it and I brought it to him. While I shopped for a couple of hours, he replaced the charging pin. It is now sturdy as ever and not nearly as expensive or as much of a hassle as replacing the motherboard would have been. Thanks Bobby!

Absolutely amazing service! I brought my laptop to Bob after a liquid spill, and he went above and beyond. He’s super nice, down-to-earth, and explained everything in plain language so I could actually understand what was going on. He cleaned and fine-tuned my computer, updated the system, and even helped me set things up so it runs smoother than ever. I work remotely for my second job, and his help honestly made my life easier. Very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and kind — highly recommend Bob at NuLife Computers!

I'm super late with this review, but I just have to sing the praises of this company. Very professional, no hidden fees unlike another place I went to that gave me one price over the phone and another when I arrived, then claimed it would be added to the overall fee and then when I got the total over the phone, there was another fee not on their invoice that I had to pay in order to get my computer back. ALSO they charged $60 more than what Nulife charged and didn't solve my issue. Which is why I went to Nulife instead of that other place, (AYCS).

Not only did he fix my computer, he hooked me up with more data so that system runs even faster. I will continue to...read full review
