“This daycare has been amazing for my pet. The facility is clean, safe, and welcoming. The staff keeps me updated, and i can tell they really enjoy spending time with the pets. “I had the worst experience today with my 8 pound fur baby. I paid 72 dollars for a wash and cut of only her paws in butt area. They also was suppose to brush her teeth but It’s clear they did not brush her teeth because they had a muzzle on her which let’s me know they was not able to brush her teeth. I was still charged for the teeth brushing when I know they did not do it. When I got her she still had debris on her that let me know She was not even brushed and cleaned properly. She still smells like pee And she is shedding tremendously. This was the worst experience and I would not recommend this place. It seems they’re just in it for the money and they don’t care so I’m going to take my fur baby somewhere that actually love animals.

Update: I changed my 1star to a 4 star because I voice my concerns to Liz how disappointed I was about my services today. she re-washed Coco and had her clean plus smelling amazing.

“I needed to give my Miss Coco Chanel a quick bath since she wasn’t smelling so fresh after dealing with a upset tummy! Did a search and found this GEM!! From the initial phone call to the visit, NOTHING BUT AMAZING!! The energy, welcoming atmosphere and staff *chefs KISS*!!!! I’ll be BACK!!! Oh wait did i mention even the fur babies that were being groomed were sooooo welcoming and CHILL!!!“

“Even though Michelle was highly recommended by Gracie's entire vet staff at Southport Animal Hospital, I was still soooo nervous about taking her to get groomed. I got Gracie about 5 months ago, just 2 weeks prior her 8th birthday...her previous owners fell ill and had to go into hospice, but fortunately her previous family sent her along with her vet records and backstory. From what I was told and what I read, her previous grooming sessions did not go well. I wanted to cancel today's appointment (out of fear) so many times, but I read the reviews and the ones that I read are what reassured me to keep the appointment. I'm so thankful for Michelle and her staff! Beyond words, so thankful. Michelle won Gracie over and Gracie is still smiling ear to ear from having such a beautiful day! Michelle was beyond reassuring and her integrity speaks volumes! She did not force certain things on Gracie because her priority was winning Gracie's trust and making sure that she wasn't too stressed. She didn't try to rush the situation and took her time. Michelle's true heart is with the animal she is working on. I'm so moved by today's experience! I wish I could convey my feelings better but all I can say is I am filled with so much gratitude for how Michelle treated Gracie today. ?“

“I can't say enough wonderful things about Desi! She recently groomed my dog, Preciosa, and did an absolutely fantastic job. I’ve had my dog groomed at other places before, but I’ve never been 100% satisfied until now. Desi not only did an impeccable job on Preciosa’s cut, but she also went above and beyond to accommodate me when I had to come from another city. She adjusted her schedule to fit my timing and even arranged for her neighbor to stay with my dog when she had to step out, as I was running late to pick up Preciosa, due to a doctor's appointment.
