I met with Lyndsay initially and we discussed what my Dad's needed were. She listened and was very empathetic to what our situation was and provided us the perfect match - Fania! Fania was ag-dsend! Her hours were not easy (10pm-6am) which is when we needed someone the most to care for my Dad. She was amazing tending to all his needs throughout the night. Before she left, she provided a full report from the night before, and when my Dad woke up, he would always ask when she was returning - that's a true testament to her character. True professionals!!“

“Just engaged Seniors helping Seniors for the first time today, as a way to cope with those infernal hospital rules demanding you have a responsible person drive you around on the day of a procedure. The gentleman who owns the operation actually came out before dawn in order to get me to the hospital on time, a service above and beyond, in my estimation, then returned several hours later to retrieve me. In both instances "Ed" was professional, as well as friendly, courteous and an all around pleasure. Come to find out he also offers a wide variety of services to help make people's lives easier and more comfortable. I would say by all means if you could use a hand, Seniors helping Seniors is a great place to find one.“

That's why the older reviews contrast so much with the newer ones.I currently use this agency for my small home ALF, Angel House in Pembroke Pines, and I've found them to be all the things the majority of users have said.Friendly, Responsive, and they do make an effort to send the Same nurses out to our facility, so that there's continuity and the relationship others have referenced.Today's healthcare system is all about the numbers, whether clinical or monetary, and that's not the case for the owner here, nor for myself as an ALF owner.
