We had an exceptional experience working with Eggersmann for the kitchen and bar cabinetry in our new home. From start to finish, the entire team exceeded our expectations. Kegan, the Dallas showroom manager, was incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and creative. He worked seamlessly with our designer and builder, offering customized solutions that not only looked beautiful but truly functioned for our home and the way we live. His attention to detail and collaborative approach made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Wayne handled the installation and was equally impressive—professional, friendly, and meticulous. Nearly a year later, he still makes visits to our home to answer questions or help with any issues, which speaks volumes about the level of care and commitment this company provides. The cabinetry itself is stunning—well built, top quality, and absolutely beautiful. Eggersmann’s customer service is truly unparalleled. As a very satisfied previous customer, I felt fortunate to have the opportunity to work with eggersmann again, especially since this was a much smaller project. The small scale and unique construction of this multifamily condominium presented significant limitations and challenges. My designer Annie Zamani, came up with very creative solutions regarding design and materials that maximized storage and functionality in a very difficult space, while achieving the clean contemporary design I was seeking. Despite the scale, I was treated like a very important multi-million dollar client, from design through the installation challenges. Thank you once again for completion of another successful project.
