Toxic. Ordered expensive custom work from this European company in September paying 1/2 up front. Before they will deliver you must then be payed in full. Delivery & installation was to be the week before Thanksgiving so I payed balance in full at their request. They never showed up. The new date was 1 week before Christmas. They never showed up. January 20th they delivered but could not install because of mistakes is measuring, wrong colors and many missing elements. Over the next 4 months they came 3 times and still most things were wrong. Edward Scirghi the designer should be terminated. Marrad Sherr the CEO living in LA is worthless. They lie & delay. July 2021 was...read full review
