Robert and Shawn are both great, honest, and hard workers. It’s hard enough finding someone who works on mini-split units, but the dedication these two show to their customers is unmatched, they will work until the job is done. I’ll always recommend them.
I called solutions for a second opinion. Had an absolutely horrid experience with a local big name 5 star rated company. They came for maintenance and then came back because they drained my refigerant then told me i needed a whole new ac unit. They were ruthless!
Sean came out and did a deep insepction, checked for leaks, checked refigerant and added because it was low and even set the ac back to its default settings on the panel which no other company has looked at.
My ac is so quiet now and was really loud before, cools properly, and most importantly i did not have to go into debt for an ac that is working just fine after Sean undid the mess these other companies...read full review
It was a late Friday evening and we got home to a house that was 85 degrees. We called around for about an hour. No one had any availability or just didn’t answer the phone. Called Solution Heating/Cooling, they were here within 45 minutes. They were honest, didn’t try to up sell me anything and very knowledgeable. Thanks again to Robert and his crew.
