The team arrived earlier than expected, which was a great first impression. They clearly explained the work that needed to be done, got started right away, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They also took the time to make sure all the vents were open and that the air was running properly before wrapping up. Solid, professional service from start to finish.
Cruz Air Conditioning were great. From the estimate to the installation! Very professional and did a great job replacing our HVAC system. And they saved us money!!! Thanks Ivan and crew!
Terrible service. Won't respond or follow up on any requests. Been trying to get a bid for 2 weeks and still nothing. No record of any conversations or email. Was a customer for over 10 years but no longer.
