Our experience was outstanding. We got quotes for 3 different units from Aden. We choose one on a Tuesday and they showed up on Wednesday. Ryan and his team worked non stop until the job was done. Aden came out to verify the system and we were up and running. Amazing job by all.
Highest rating possible. My A/C stopped cooling the house properly. I called Keith Key Heating and Air and was promptly answered by Sara and placed on their schedule for a technician. Kevin arrived and immediately identified the issue of a bad capacitor. He took the time to answer my questions and fully explain the potential cause of the problem, maintenance options, and quickly replaced the item with one from his truck inventory. The price was very reasonable and I felt like I received an honest and fair service.

UPDATE - 11/26/2025: KKH&A continues to do excellent work at a reasonable price. Our tech this time was Bryce, and he was prompt, courteous, and professional; he took his time explaining the situation as well as potential steps to take if the system went down while our guests are here.
