Our AC stopped working Saturday afternoon. Called to report and request service and within 10 minutes the tech returned my call. He was at out house within 1.5 hours after reporting the outage. He was quick to diagnosis the problem and two hours later, our AC was working and cooling the house. I've been a customer for almost 7 years and this is the type of service they have always provided. If I could give them 10 GOLD stars, I would!
