I had really bad neck pain.I've been sent to physical therapy many time in my life. I always go once and never go back. I usually just do the exercises on my own, but then I came here. I've been coming for two months. Mary Stern is awesome. I look forward to my next visits (which is insane if you knew me). She is very smart and knows technics for the spine that very few therapists know (McKenzie method). She cares....and that is the best trait in a heath care professional. She talks through and finds the solution(s). I was hesitant to post this glowing review because I didn't want to let the secret out. Gerald Stern helped me tremendously with back and extremity issues. I could barely stand and walk in to his office, and after he used and helped me learn the McKensie method of PT, I am 90% better. And whenever I get an issue, I know what to do to resolve it in about 10 minutes or less. I even have days without pain or other issues I once had (e.g. tingling, burning, down extremities etc). I am encouraged that he thinks that in me keeping up with simple exercises at home, applying the techniques myself, that can have complete resolution.
