Had very bad experiences with Marc and his team. He was very hard to reach out. I'd have to follow up several times in order to get a response, which is very annoying especially having deadlines. He increased interest rate in a middle of the process from what it was previously agreed. However, was able to fix it, after I refused to continue. His team seems very unprofessional. With all this I ended up loosing my earnest money deposit plus money I spent on inspections.
