Let me start out by saying that MAX FISCH IS THE BEST THING THAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED TO ME! Here’s my story:I was looking to do a cash out refinance of my existing property so I can purchase another home. I made the mistake of trying to do this with another broker who worked with PRMG. That was the worst experience of my life and it literally left me traumatized. That broker got my hopes up when he said that I would get at least $140k in cash at the end of the transaction. When it was time to close, they brought the amount down to $52k (what a joke!!) and they increased my origination fee (2.8%).I was so disappointed and crushed.
